Ai sensi dell’art. 6 del Decreto Legislativo 8 giugno 2001 n.231 e successive modifiche ed integrazioni relativo alla disciplina sulla Responsabilità Amministrativa delle persone giuridiche, TEICOS srl ha costituito un Organismo di Vigilanza 231/01 in forma monocratica con il compito di monitorare l’andamento delle attività programmate in materia di 231/01 e di sovrintendere alla verifica in continuum dell’attuazione Modello di Gestione, Organizzazione e Controllo, seguendo i successivi aggiornamenti e vigilando sul funzionamento e sull’osservanza dei processi di controllo.
La composizione dell’Organismo di Vigilanza è la seguente:

Code of Ethics

The TEICOS Code of Ethics brings together the set of values that the Company and the People of TEICOS recognize, accept, and promote. As an expression of a shared value system, the Code of Ethics guides and inspires TEICOS’s strategic thinking and the conduct of its business activities.

The Code of Ethics in practice
The Supervisory Body, established pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001, acts as the guarantor of the Code of Ethics. Therefore, the following can be submitted to the Body:

• requests for clarification and interpretation of the principles and contents of the Code;
• suggestions regarding the application of the Code of Ethics;
• reports of direct or indirect violations of the Code of Ethics.
