Gilmar Chooses Teicos .
Gilmar is a renowned company in the fashion industry that chose Wildix – the first Unified Communications solution for sales
promoted by Teicos – after several technical tests to solve the difficulties of territorial calls, one of their main issues.
The telephony system (already VoIP in the Cloud) caused numerous missed calls, resulting in operational inefficiencies and delays in responding to customers. The lack of an integrated collaboration system hindered smooth internal communication between departments, increasing the time required to manage daily activities.
Problem: Too many missed calls every day
Gilmar needed a solution that would allow them to respond quickly to customers, integrate phone directories (stored in another management system) into a single interface, and thus improve collaboration between teams.
Teicos has integrated telephony, chat, customer directories, and video conferencing, enabling employees to communicate effectively across multiple channels.
The transition to the new system was quick and seamless.
The previous provider’s handling of interventions was very slow, whereas Teicos demonstrated great expertise and speed in resolving issues.
Teicos managed the entire process excellently, ensuring optimal solution management.
The licensing aspect was very interesting for Gilmar. However, the platform they were using had a different licensing model. The administrative simplicity offered by Teicos represented a major advantage. From a technological standpoint, the previous PBX did not support HTML5, which required complex installations of proprietary VoIP apps on all company PCs, leading to malfunctions after Windows updates, PC replacements, etc. With Wildix, platform management became simple and intuitive.
The offered solution made it possible to integrate all their communication channels into a single platform. Now managing calls, directories, messages, and video conferences is much more efficient; ease of use and rapid integration made the difference.
Another revolutionary innovation was voice traffic and call concurrency, namely the FLAT national and international traffic included in the package offered by Teicos and unlimited cloud-based phone lines. Previously, international traffic was billed separately, often disguised with technically unverifiable costs, and call concurrency was limited to 15 simultaneous calls.
The Unified Communication solution proposed by Teicos significantly improved Gilmar’s internal and external communication, increasing the company’s overall operational efficiency. Productivity rose by 20%, while missed calls were reduced by 30%.
